Our Service Commitment sets out the standards that our clients can expect from Omnicis and that we demand of ourselves: 

An important part of our Service Commitment is keeping your documentation and projects confidential. Even as we expand our service offering and use people and technology to provide them, keeping your information confidential is fundamental to the way we do business. All our internal and external teams sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to starting any work with us. All documents are saved in password-protected repositories accessible to internal staff, clients and vetted vendors only. 

Career development and wellbeing - Caring for our people
The nature of our business requires constant investment in our people. Thanks to a range of incentives – flexible working conditions, training and development, attractive rates and prompt payment policy - we aim to continue to attract, develop and retain our pool of internal and external talents to build on the capabilities needed to achieve success in everything we do.

Every summer, Omnicis offers internships to local students in the language or communications fields. They will receive training on selected services and processes under the supervision of a senior member of the team. Certificates are awarded at the end of the internship.

OGC Awards 
Every quarter, our vendor team selects the most valuable talent – irrespective of their location – to reward outstanding performance and foster personal development.

With our OmniBox programme, all team members are invited to share new ideas which can help improve our services to our clients and contribute to our company success. Best ideas voted by the management team will be rewarded.

Contributing to emerging markets - Our community involvement
Every year, our teams choose projects or a non-profit organization in the local communities neighbouring our offices to provide pro-bono communications support and/or help raise funds. This year, we have chosen a newly-set up Foundation called: *Food & Education Matters* to help build a website and raise awareness of the foundation’s work in French, Arabic and English.
