Specialist Interpreting services for technical inspections in France

Following an acquisition of a French corrugated packaging-maker, our client turned to Omnicis for technical interpreting services across various sites in France.

The Challenge

A team of British surveyors were touring various sites in France to conduct health and safety audits which required the help of 2 English-French interpreters for over 80 hours of work.

The Solution
Our project management team worked closely with our client to understand the requirements of the inspection team before advising on the most suitable interpreting solution. Thanks to our local network of interpreters in France, we were able to identify the perfect team who had a track record in technical inspections and was available throughout the 12 day assignment.

After signing confidentiality agreement, all relevant reference material was released and shared with the interpreting team in preparation for the inspection. We helped organise hotel and train reservations for both our client and interpreting team’s peace of mind.
